The morning of Xochitl and Jonathan’s River Garden wedding was full of laughter, happy tears, and so much hype. Xochitl got ready with her girls in matching pajamas and the energy was everything. There were champagne pops, giggles, and so much excitement. She looked absolutely stunning in her off-the-shoulder gown. It was the perfect mix of timeless glam and modern elegance. And can we talk about her hair?! Gorg.

Meanwhile, Jonathan and his guys made their own unforgettable entrance. Him and his squad showed up in full gameday mode, rocking NFL jerseys before suiting up. It was the most iconic pre-wedding crew moment and 100% true to their vibe.

Their first look was so full of emotion it’s hard to put into words. They shared sweet letters, a few happy tears, and the kind of connection that makes everything else fade away. It was one of those beautiful, quiet moments that felt big, and it was such a special start to their day.

Wedding Party Photos and Bride & Groom’s Portraits

Because Xochitl and Jonathan did a first look (highly recommend!), we were able to capture most of their portraits before the ceremony. It made the rest of the day feel super relaxed—and meant no rushing through golden hour later on.

Their wedding party understood the assignment. The bridesmaids wore sleek black dresses with white rose bouquets, and the groomsmen matched Jonathan in classic black suits with dark green ties. Everyone looked so good together—chic, coordinated, and ready to celebrate.

As for the couple portraits? Total perfection. The way Xochitl’s dress moved, the way Jonathan looked at her, the light, the color, the vibe… all of it. And the venue space truly brought everything together. The gabion walls at River Garden Wedding venue are filled with honey quartz rock, which added such a cool, natural texture to the background. The Pavilion Lawn at River Garden wedding venue made for a gorgeous ceremony backdrop—secluded, green, and beautiful golden light. You could feel the emotion as Jonathan watched his bride walk down the aisle, and the way she looked back at him said everything.

They included a traditional el lazo ceremony, with a floral lasso placed over their shoulders to represent unity and eternal love. By the time they made their way back up the aisle, it was clear that they were just so happy to finally be husband and wife!

Xochitl and Jonathan’s reception at The Conservatory at River Garden wedding venue was absolutely stunning. The covered garden atrium had the perfect blend of indoor comfort and outdoor charm with its glass ceiling and open-air feel. The decor was effortlessly elegant with warm wooden tables, soft candlelight, and beautiful white florals.

One of the best parts to witness from this reception was their grand entrance. They entered while dancing with glow sticks, sparklers, and so much hype from their wedding party. The parent dances were heartfelt and emotional, a beautiful balance to all the high-energy moments. And when I say this group knew how to party—I mean it. The energy stayed high all night long and every single guest brought the vibes! It was so fun to capture Xochitl and Jonathan’s wedding and to be a part of a day they’ll certainly remember forever!
