Jeune Perché Estate in Fallbrook quickly became a new favorite after I photographed Valerie and Daniel’s wedding here. As a San Diego wedding photographer, I loved getting to experience every corner of this gorgeous estate. From the stunning getting-ready spaces and garden ceremony setting to the open-air reception and incredible views.
Throughout this guide, you’ll see moments from Valerie and Daniel’s wedding alongside helpful details about Jeune Perché’s pricing, inclusions, spaces, and what to know before booking. I already can’t wait to photograph more weddings here, but in the meantime, I hope this guide helps you decide whether Jeune Perché is the right venue for your wedding!

Venue type: Private French-inspired garden estate, family-owned

The bridal suite at Jeune Perché is intimate and full of beautiful details that make the morning feel special. There’s space to get ready with your favorite people, share a glass of champagne, and large windows for natural lighting to come through. It’s also available right at 8am on your wedding day so you have plenty of time to get ready and relax without feeling rushes.
One of my favorite parts is the balcony just outside the suite. The black-and-white striped awning gives it so much personality, and you can look out over the reception pergola space as everything comes together below. It’s also such a beautiful spot for portraits without having to go far from the room!

The groom’s suite has a moodier, lounge-like feel, with rich colors, patterned walls, comfortable seating, and a wine wall that gives it so much character! It feels like a relaxed place to get ready, hang out with your wedding party, and take a few portraits before the ceremony.

The ceremony space at Jeune Perché is one of the most unique parts of the estate. It has a white stucco archway, a bell overhead, and open views of the surrounding hills and greenery. The long aisle and layered landscaping make it feel really intimate and tucked away.
I love that you really don’t need much decor for your ceremony. The setting and stucco do a lot of the word for you, so if you want something more minimal or understated, you can totally keep it the way it is!
Good to know: The paved walk to the ceremony site is beautiful, but it is fairly long. Jeune Perché has a golf cart available to transport elderly guests, disabled guests, or anyone else who may need a little help getting there comfortably!

The reception space at Jeune Perché is open-air and surrounded by rolling hills, with a wood pergola draped with white draping, greenery, and chandeliers overhead. It feel so romantic and elegant without losing that relaxed garden-party atmosphere. The mix of round and long tables gives couples plenty of flexibility when planning the layout.
One of the best parts of planning a Jeune Perché wedding is how much the venue already includes, from pergola draping and chandeliers to wood cross-back chairs, tables, and a 24-by-24-foot dance floor. As the night goes on, the string lights and chandeliers make the Jeune Perché wedding reception feel even warmer.

Cocktail hour at Jeune Perché gives guests time to grab a drink, settle into one of the French-inspired lounge areas, and enjoy the estate before dinner begins. They have comfortable seating, shaded umbrellas, and open views.

At the time of writing, Jeune Perché lists wedding venue pricing between $16,000 and $21,000, depending on the day of the week and season.

Sunday:
All Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rentals include access to the property from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM.
The venue states that its pricing doesn’t include hidden venue fees or additional taxes. You’ll book catering, bar service, planning, florals, photography, entertainment, and your other wedding vendors separately from the venue.
*Pricing and policies can change, so couples should always contact Jeune Perché directly for current rates, available dates, and the exact dates considered off-season. You can also find current pricing on the official Jeune Perché pricing page.

Jeune Perché includes many of the foundational rentals couples need for the day, which can make planning feel much more manageable. Couples get exclusive access to the estate from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, along with furniture, ceremony essentials, reception design pieces, and tabletop items! This isn’t the case with many wedding venues. Below you’ll find a list of inclusions for Juene Perché.
Estate access
Tables, chairs, & lounge furniture
Reception & ceremony details
Bar & tabletop pieces
Couples need to purchase their own alcohol, and the venue doesn’t require a minimum alcohol purchase. This list reflects what Jeune Perché included at the time of writing, but inventory and policies may change.. You can view the most current inclusions and pricing on the Jeune Perché pricing page.

Catering isn’t included in the venue rental. Jeune Perché has a preferred vendor list that couples can choose a catere from. These caterers are already familiar with the property, its event flow, and the logistical requirements of working at the estate.
The preferred-list structure still allows couples to choose an option that aligns with their menu, style, service preferences, and overall budget.
Before booking, ask Jeune Perché for its current preferred catering list and whether you should plan for any extra kitchen, staffing, service, or equipment fees.

Jeune Perché doesn’t sell or provide alcohol directly. Couples need to purchase alcohol from the supplier of their choice, and the venue doesn’t require a minimum alcohol purchase. This gives couples more control over what is served and how much they spend.
They have four bars and bar glassware are included with the venue rental, but professional bartending service will still need to be arranged. See more about Alchemiè Craft & Cocktail by Jeune Perché below, which is their affiliated dry-hire bar service which provides the bar staff, set-up, service, and more.
Jeune Perché also has an affiliated dry-hire bar service called Alchemiè Craft & Cocktail.
A dry-hire bar service provides the bartending staff, bar setup, service, and guidance while the couple purchases the alcohol. Alchemiè can create a customized alcohol procurement plan, helping couples determine what to purchase based on their guest count and menu.
The service focuses on curated cocktails, botanical infusions, and presentation.
Ask the venue whether Alchemiè is an optional service or a required bar provider for your date, along with current package details and pricing.

Although Jeune Perché includes a large number of rentals, couples should account for a few additional requirements when creating their wedding budget.
Jeune Perché requires every couple to work with a professional wedding planner. Your planner will coordinate vendors, manage the setup and timeline, and help everyone move smoothly between the different spaces throughout the day.
Since a planner is required, include this expense in your budget from the beginning rather than treating it as an optional service later.
Event insurance is required for all Jeune Perché weddings. The venue estimates that a policy typically costs around $200 and provides couples with a link to simplify the process.
Your exact cost may depend on the policy, guest count, coverage, and insurance provider.
Jeune Perché also requires a $1,000 refundable security deposit to cover any damage or extra cleaning. If everything looks good after the wedding, the venue returns it within 10 business days.
What the vhe venue fee doesn’t include:
The number of included rentals can still make the overall budget easier to manage, especially when compared with venues that require couples to source all tables, chairs, bars, lounge furniture, and tabletop pieces separately.
To reserve a wedding date, Jeune Perché requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% of the venue fee is due two months before the event.
Couples will also need to pay the $1,000 refundable security deposit and provide proof of the required event-insurance policy.
Before signing, review the venue contract carefully for its rescheduling, cancellation, damage, vendor, and payment policies.

The listed venue fee ranges from $16,000 to $21,000.
Regular-season pricing is $18,000 for Friday, $21,000 for Saturday, and $18,000 for Sunday. Off-season pricing is $16,000 for Friday, $19,000 for Saturday, and $16,000 for Sunday.

Hi, I’m Erika! I’m the San Diego wedding photographer behind Juniper Studios. I recently moved to San Diego, and Jeune Perché has already become one of my favorite Southern California wedding venues! Between the gorgeous views, gorgeously designed spaces, and pretty much all of the rentals already included, it gives couples so much to work with while still leaving room to make the day feel completely their own. I would genuinely love to photograph more weddings here.
My photography style is romantic, cinematic, and focused on the moments that feel real. I’ll guide you when you need it, but I also leave plenty of space for those small glances, big laughs, and little in-between moments that make your wedding yours. Outside of photography, I love traveling, spending time near the beach, romanticizing everyday life, and hanging out with my pup, Juniper.
If you’re planning a Jeune Perché wedding and looking for a San Diego wedding photographer who will help you feel comfortable while documenting your day as it naturally unfolds, I’d love to hear what you’re planning. You can learn more about me on my about page, see more real weddings on the blog, or inquire here when you’re ready to connect!
